Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo & A Life Logo Too!
Share
Eleanor’s second birthday was nothing short of enchanting with a “Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Eleanor is Two” theme inspired by the magical world of Cinderella.
From the moment we started planning, we knew we wanted to create a party that was as whimsical and delightful as the beloved fairy tale. The key to our magical transformation? A custom Life Logo design that set the tone for an unforgettable celebration.
Crafting the Perfect Life Logo
To bring the theme to life, we began with a Life Logo design that was nothing short of magical. Featuring charming Cinderella icons, pastel pink, blue, and purple hues, and a whimsical castle icon, our Life Logo became the centerpiece of the party’s design. This personalized touch not only captured the essence of Cinderella’s story but also provided a cohesive look for all the party elements.

Inviting Guests into a Fairytale
We wanted the magic to begin as soon as guests received their invitations. We opted for a gable-style fold that added an element of surprise and excitement. As guests opened the invitation, they were greeted with a burst of enchantment, setting the stage for the whimsical celebration that awaited them.
For the invitation we decided to pull pieces out of the Life Logo and use them to create a scene so that it felt as if you were reading a Fairytale book that you had just walked through the Castle into.
Bringing the Magic of the Life Logo to the Party
On the big day, we continued the fairytale theme with a range of custom decorations that made the party truly magical:
Stickers for Cups: Each cup was adorned with magical stickers featuring Cinderella-themed monogram design, adding a touch of whimsy to every sip. This is an alternative to custom frosted flex or stadium cups for your party if you are not wanting to make the extra investment.
Food Labels: To keep the theme consistent, we created food labels that matched our Life Logo design, making each dish feel part of the enchanted story. We also used these to label the drinks. When you are hosting a party and want to keep the theme going don't overthink it! Instead of lemonade we named it "Princess Punch" which made the kids want it more without and additional work.
Party Hats: No celebration is complete without party hats! We designed a special party hat that complemented the theme, ensuring that our birthday girl felt like she was the princess in her own fairy tale.
Balloon Arch Design: A stunning balloon arch was the focal point of the party between the kitchen and living room. It was decorated in pastel colors and featuring magical elements that tied the whole theme together. Not to mention a standing Cinderella and a Castle created by the birthday girl's mom! More details on that below.

I think my favorite part of The Life Logo Project is that you essentially are creating a brand for a party so when we create the core design (first picture on the blog), we do not have to copy and paste it on every surface of the party but we can pull colors and elements from to create a cohesive look. You don't want to see the same exact design every where you look but it is nice to see touches of it placed around an event.
Making Magical Memories
Eleanor’s “Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo” party was a magical success, filled with joy, laughter, and a touch of fairy tale enchantment. The custom Life Logo design was a key element in creating a cohesive and memorable experience, ensuring that every detail from the invitations to the decorations was perfectly aligned with the theme.
I am a little bias because this is one of my best friend's daughter's party and I always have such a blast when it comes time to create a magical event for her birthday. Since we were also guests at the party we got to see the whole experience and join in on the laughter and magic. Our little one had so much fun she tried to take the castle home with her!
All of the incredible embroidery was done by my amazingly talented friend (who is also the Mom of the birthday girl), Savannah. She has an embroidery company, Simply Stitched by Savannah and loves a custom party as much as I do! Go see her for all of your embroidery needs!
Savannah also created the standing Castle and Cinderella for the cake and photo area. She used a printable peel and stick paper with some foam core board and a heated knife to create and cut the elements. She also created one of the Life Logo design to hang between the balloons in the center of the photo area.
She also created the banner hanging from the fireplace by taking elements of the Life Logo design and separating them out into individual pieces.
I think she did an amazing job on all of her creations!
